All orders will be sent out within one business day via the US Postal Service and delivery time is based on your location.
All domestic shipping is free via First Class or Priority service.
International Orders: We ship via US Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail to Canada and many International locations.
Rate for Canada and Mexico: $3 plus $2.00 per copy for up to 5 copies; $27.00 for 6 to 12 copies; $34 for 13 copies or more
Rate for all other countries: $7 plus $4.00 per copy for up to 5 copies; $44.00 for 6 to 12 copies; $55.00 for 13 copies or more
Returns and cancellations
Your order is fully returnable to mailing address above within 30 days of invoice date. Upon receipt of your return in saleable condition, we will refund the price of the book. For returns outside this time-frame, please request exception via email. We will honor all order cancellation requests when possible and issue a full refund for orders cancelled before being shipped out. Because we try to ship out orders as quickly as possible, we might not be able to cancel your order in which case the returns policy above will apply.
Discounts for Bulk and Bookstore Orders
Orders of 10 or more copies receive a 10% discount. Use coupon code bulk-10 at checkout to receive this discount.
Bookstores should send an email request to watermanuscripts@gmail.com for instructions on receiving a trade discount on orders of 5 or more copies.
Sales tax Illinois sales tax of 7.75% will be added to all orders shipped to destinations within the state of Illinois. Tax-exempt organizations must provide their tax-exempt certificate in order to have sales tax removed.
